脑电图在伽玛刀治疗猴吗啡依赖疗效评价中应用的初步研究

摘要 目的研究恒河猴吗啡依赖形成过程中、自然戒断后及伽玛刀治疗后的脑电图变化,结合戒断症状评分,判断伽玛刀治疗猴吗啡依赖的疗效.方法以健康成年恒河猴3只,随机分成2组,建立吗啡依赖动物模型.对照组(n=1),吗啡依赖后自然戒断;治疗组(n=2),吗啡依赖后以双侧伏膈核为靶点行伽玛刀治疗.动态监测用吗啡期间、伽玛刀治疗后(对照组自然戒断后)的脑电图变化.结果吗啡依赖后,猴脑电图α频带功率值下降,θ频带、δ频带功率值增加,β频带功率值在前额区呈先减少后增加的变化趋势.伽玛刀治疗后,与同期对照组相比,脑电图的异常改变明显恢复.结论脑电图监测能够从神经电生理变化方面对伽玛刀治疗猴吗啡依赖的疗效作出客观评价. Objective The aim of this research is to study changes of EEG of the Rhesus monkeys during sessions of chronic morphine administration, abstinence from morphine and after GKRS treatment, so as to evaluate therapeutic effects of GKRS on morphine-dependent monkeys. Methods Three healthy adult Rhesus monkeys were devided randomly into 2 groups, the control group (n = 1) , the treated group (n = 2). All monkeys were exposed to chronic morphine administration. The abstinent syndromes were scored after morphine-dependence and GKRS therapy. , In treated group, the nuclei aeeumbens (NAC) were radiated by GKRS after abstinence. EEG changes of monkeys were monitored and analyzed. Results After morphine-dependence, the power distribution of α rhythm decreased, that of θ and δ rhythms both increased, and that of β rhythm decreased therapy, such abnormal changes of EEG Conclusions The therapeutic effects of early and increased later in the anterior frontal leads. After GKRS diminished dramatically in comparison with the control group. GKRS on the Rhesus monkeys with morphine-dependence can be sensitivly and objectivly evaluated by EEG monitoring.
