超声造影对评价肝细胞性肝癌与血管生成的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)超声造影血流灌注定量参数峰值强度(P)I与肿瘤血管生成的相关性.方法50例肝细胞性肝癌患者术前行超声造影检查,利用时间—强度曲线(TIC)进行定量分析,得出肝癌及癌旁组织的峰值强度(P)I,与术后病理免疫组织化学染色计数的MVD进行相关性分析.结果50例HCC与癌旁组织PI平均值分别为(40.51±11.25)dB及(19.87±6.32)dB(P<0.05),MVD平均值分别为54.23±19.24及22.18±9.03(P<0.05).HCC术前PI与术后MVD呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.05).结论肝细胞性肝癌超声造影定量灌注参数PI与MVD的表达有良好的相关性,可作为评估肝细胞性肝癌血管生成的指标,为肝癌的诊断、治疗方案的选择及预测预后提供依据. Objective To explore the correlation between the peak intensity quantitative parameters of blood perfusion with Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) and angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods CEUS was examined before operation in 50 patients with (HCC). Time-intensity curves (TIC) in 50 cases with HCC were analyzed to get the time to peak intensity (PI) of HCC and tissue around HCC. PI were analyzed correlation with MVD counted with immunocytochemistry. Results The mean PI of HCC and tissue around HCC were (40.51 ± 11.25) dB and (19.87 ±6.32) dB, The mean MVD of HCC and tissue around HCC were (54.23 ± 19.24) and (22.18 ± 9.03 ). The PI before operation was correlated positively to MVD (r = 0.78) of histological section after operation. Conclusions PI with quantitative parameters of blood perfusion calculated CEUS is correlated to MVD. PI could be a potential indicator of angiogenesis of HCC before operation. And the more information can be obtained for its diagnosis of management and prognosis.
