慢性脑缺血神经保护的实验研究进展

Advance in Search for Experimental Study of Neuroprotection in Chronic Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 慢性脑缺血是神经系统的一种常见病理状态,伴发于多种脑血管病的病理过程中。目前对慢性脑缺血神经保护的实验研究包括抗神经元损伤、减轻脑白质损害、纠正神经递质系统紊乱及改善认知功能。 Chronic cerebral ischemia is a common pathological status,it is accompanied with many cerebrovascular diseases in the pathological processes.The present experimental studies of neuroprotection in chronic cerebral ischemia include amelioration of neuronal damage,cerebral white matter lessions,disorders of neurotransmitter system,and cognitive impairment.
