摘要
TDI-TMP固化剂中残存游离TDI对人体产生极大危害,必须严格控制游离含量.采用减压蒸馏与气质联用(GC-MS)的方法检测固化剂中游离TDI的结构与含量.研究表明:固化剂中的游离TDI均为2,6-TDI,且其含量低于0.5%的国家标准,红外光谱检测也得到了相同的结论.采用减压蒸馏与气质联用的方法能够准确、方便地检测出固化剂中游离TDI的结构与含量.
The free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in TDI - TMP crosslinker must be controlled due to its consid- erable harm on human. Firstly, the content of free TDI in crosslinker was produced by distillation in vacuum. Secondly, the structure and content of free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in TDI-TMP crosslinker were character- ized by GC-MS. The results show that the aim product is 2,6-TDI. Its content is below the national standard of 0. 5% in China,coincident with the result detected by IR spectrum. The structure and content of free TDI in crosslinker can be characterized by GC -MS easily and accurately.
