摘要
为了提高PMMA骨水泥的机械力学强度,用超细玻璃纤维对其进行改性.采用扫描电子显微镜等手段研究了超细玻璃纤维的含量以及处理方式对骨水泥拉伸强度和冲击韧性等力学性能的影响.研究表明,玻璃纤维含量(质量分数)为10%左右时材料的抗冲及抗拉性能好,同时此含量时材料的弹性模量低.用硅烷偶联剂偶联过的玻璃纤维其改性效果要优于没有偶联过的,球磨混合玻璃纤维与PMMA粉料比手工混合玻璃纤维在PMMA基体中的分散性要好,其力学性能也较手工混合的要好.
In order to enhance the mechanical properties of PMMA bone cement, we modified it with ultra-fine glass fibers. We studied the influence of the content of ultra-fine glass fibers and their treating methods upon the tensile strength and impact toughness of PMMA bone cement using scanning electron microscope and so on. Results indicate that when the content of glass fibers is 10%, the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and ultimate impact strength (UIS) are the best, and they have the lowest Elastic Modulus. SEM photos indicate that the modification effect of the cement modified with coupled glass fibers is better than that modified with non-coupled glass fibers. And the dispersivity of the glass fibers blended by mechanical grinder is better than those mixed by hands, so they have better mechanical properties.
