A study on Crohn disease of small bowel by multi-detector helical CT

摘要 CT灌肠是将灌肠和CT相结合的一种成像技术，虽然传统的钡剂灌肠对诊断小肠疾病具有较高的敏感性，但其显示肠壁及邻近的结构欠佳；传统CT口服对比剂不易使小肠充分扩张，塌陷或扩张不充分的病变肠段与正常肠袢不易区分；内镜具有侵袭性，而且不能完整显示整段小肠。本研究采用小肠插管技术灌肠使肠管充分扩张后，行CT三期对比增强扫描，得CTA及多平面3D图像，观察Crohn病肠壁及肠外等异常改变。
