50例后牙冠根纵折伴牙周脓肿手术治疗疗效评价

The clinical effect of bonding and surgical therapy in 50 fractured crown-root cases complicated with periodontal abscess

目的应用黏接再植术及牙周翻瓣植骨术对后牙冠根纵折伴牙周脓肿手术治疗的疗效进行评价。方法选择50例患者的52颗后牙冠根纵折伴牙周脓肿的患牙进行完整拔除、牙槽窝修整、患牙体外根管治疗、黏接再植、牙周翻瓣植骨术。从临床症状、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、松动度和影像学评价治疗效果。结果经3年的随访,50例患者的52颗后牙冠根纵折患牙的临床疗效达81%。结论后牙冠根纵折伴牙周脓肿采用黏接再植和牙周翻瓣植骨术的综合治疗,是一种保存自体牙的有效技术。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bonding and surgical therapy on fractured crown root complicated with periodontal abscess. Methods Fifty two fractured crown-root posterior molar of 50 patients were treatd by RCT, bonding, flapping and HA bone graft. The follow-up clinical outcomes including clinical effects,MD,PD,SBI and radiographic effects were analyzed. Results In 52 fracrured crown-root, the effective rate was 81%. Conclusions The bonding, flapping and bone graft is an effective method to obtain auto-tooth in the state of periodontal abscess of cracked roots, while flapping and bone graft still works in the treatment of periodontitis cases with periodontal abscess.
