摘要
采用力学性能试验和金相分析等方法,对龙门起重机用钢轨断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在接地线用导电钢筋与钢轨焊接的焊缝附近存在一些较大的孔洞,在热影响区内存在穿晶裂纹,这些微观缺陷构成了多个裂纹源,这些裂纹源在外界交变载荷的作用下,逐渐扩展,最终导致了钢轨的疲劳断裂。
Mechanical property test and metallographic analysis were used for analysis of the fracture reason of a gantry crane rail. The results indicate that there were some large holes around the seam between the conductive steel and the rail, and some transcrystalline cracks were found in the heat-affected zone, which formed the crack sources. Under the working load, these cracks sources propagated gradually, and finally led to fatigue fracture failure of the rail.
