摘要
本文对测定保温材料导热系数的自补偿圆管法的方法误差进行了分析。在004~010W/(m·K)导热系数范围内,固定功率补偿子方案的方法误差不超过23%;而在004~006和006~010W/(m·K)分区域范围内则分别不超过13%和10%。这表明,测定保温材料导热系数的自补偿圆管法采用固定补偿因子方案在原理上是可行的。
The error of method in the cylinder method for measuring the thermal conductivity of thermo-insulating materials with heating of self-compensation is analyzed with a numerical method. The single scheme of compensating heating is appropriate in the range of thermal conductivities 0.04~0.10 W/(m·K) with the error of method of 2.3%, and in the ranges 0.04~0.06 and 0.06~0.10 W/(m·K) with error of 1.3% and 1.0% respectively. It is shown that the single scheme of self-compensating method is feasible in applications.
