腔镜下甲状腺切除术120例报告 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜下甲状腺切除的可能性。方法:2003年12月至2008年6月期间我科行腔镜下甲状腺切除术120例,治疗甲状腺良性病变120例。结果:腔镜下均获成功,无一例中转手术及并发症发生。手术时间:50~140min,平均(80±34.2)min。术中出血10-40mL,平均(24±9.7)mL。术后住院时间:3~5天,平均(3.2±0.8)天。结论:腔镜下甲状腺切除术安全、可靠、颈部无疤痕、具有极佳的美容效果。
