摘要 目的:研究雌激素对去卵巢大鼠牙槽骨组织结构、MT1-MMP表达的影响。方法:对大鼠牙槽骨组织石蜡切片进行HE染色和MT1-MMP免疫组化染色,观察不同时期的正常大鼠、去卵巢大鼠和去卵巢后补充雌激素大鼠的牙槽骨组织结构情况和牙槽骨中MT1-MMP的表达及其分布特征。结果:雌激素缺乏会导致大鼠牙槽骨的骨代谢失衡,牙槽嵴与固有牙槽骨吸收、破坏;成骨细胞和骨细胞MT1-MMP表达降低,而破骨细胞MT1-MMP表达升高。结论:雌激素缺乏引起牙槽骨吸收,MT1-MMP表达水平和分布部位变化可能对其有调节作用。 AIM : To investigate the effect of estrogen on the alveolar bone and expression of MT1 - MMP in the ovariectomized rats. METHODS: Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to observe the histological changes of alveolar bone of rats. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the MT1 - MMP expression in alveolus. RESULTS : Inadequated estrogen in ovariectomized rats led to an unbalance of metabolism of alveolar bone. The alveolar crest and proper alveolar bone resorption could be seen. The expression of MT1 - MMP in osteoclast and osteocyte decreased, while the expression in osteoblast increased. CONCLUSION: The low estrogen level may lead to osteoporosis. The expression level and the site of MT1 - MMP in the alveolar bone may associate with the regulation of bone metabolism.
