五倍子水提取物对感染牙本质小管内粪肠球菌杀灭效果的体外研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察五倍子水提取物溶液清除感染牛牙本质小管内粪肠球菌的效果。方法:建立牛牙本质小管粪肠球菌感染模型,使用200mg/mL的五倍子水溶液处理后,在5min、1h、1d、7d等4个时间点分别磨取50、300、500μm3个深度的牙本质碎屑进行细菌培养计数。结果:与空白对照相比,200mg/mL五倍子水溶液处理5min、1h后,各个深度的牙本质样本培养所得的细菌数量即有明显下降(P<0.05),处理1d或更长的时间后,各个深度均未见细菌生长。相对于20g/L的氯己定液,200mg/mL五倍子水溶液需要的作用时间稍长。结论:五倍子能够有效杀灭感染牙本质小管深层的粪肠球菌,作为根管消毒用药,能满足临床要求。 AIM: To assess the efficacy of 200mg/mL Galla chinensis as a root canal medicament against Enterococcus faecalis in vitro. METHODS : An in vitro model for dentinal tuble infection of root canals was developed. 200mg/mL Galla chinensis and 2% chlorhexidine were tested for their disinfecting efficacy on Enterococcus faecalis - infected dentin. The dentin specimens with applied medicament were incubated for time intervals ranging from 5 mins to 7 days. On the termination of each experiment, bacterial samples were taken with sterile round burs and sequential 100 - μm- thick zones of dentin from the central canal toward the periphery were removed. The dentin chips from three different zone were immediately collected and were cultured for 48 hours and counted. RESULTS:When the experiment group was compared with the blank control, a significant decrease of bacterial number after specimens treated with 200mg/mL Galla chinensis in 5min and lh ( P 〈 0.05 ) was observed in experimental groups. There was no viable organism which could be detected when the treatment maintained for 1 d or longer. But 200mg/mL Galla chinensis needed a little longer action time to disfect the dentin than 2% Chlorhexidine. CONCLUSION :200mg/mL Galla chinensis is effective on Efaecalis in vitro. Further in vivo studies are needed to confirm the value of 200mg/mL Galla chine sis in clinical treatment.
