摘要
目的:观察酸蚀和偶联剂处理IPS e.max Press铸瓷对瓷与树脂水门汀黏结强度的影响。方法:将126个试件分为7组,分别以50g/L氢氟酸酸蚀0、10、20、30、60、120、180s后一半使用偶联剂,一半不使用偶联剂,与树脂水门汀黏结后测定剪切黏结强度,每组取2个试件进行扫描电镜观察。结果:仅酸蚀组的黏结强度最高可达33.98MPa(60s),对照组6.76MPa;单纯使用偶联剂可达22.23MPa,结合酸蚀最高可达35.16MPa(30s);扫描电镜可见酸蚀时间不同及是否使用偶联剂与瓷表面微观形貌有直接关系。结论:瓷酸蚀后配以偶联剂的使用可提高黏结强度,并可在较短时间就获得理想的黏结强度。
AIM : To evaluate the effect of hydrofluoric and silane coupling agent on the bonding strength between IPS e. max Press ceramic and resin cement. MTHODS: One hundred and twenty - six sandblasted porcelain specimens were divided into 7 groups according to different etching time from 0s to 180s with 5% HF. And there were two subgroups, with and without silane coupling agent treated. Mter surface treatment, the resin cement was bonded to the porcelain. Seven specimens of each group were submitted to shear bond strength test. Two specimens of each group were treated and observed with SEM. RESULTS: In the groups only treated with 5% HF, the specimens which were etched for 60s showed the highest bond strength(33.98MPa), and 6.76MPa in the control group. However, the corresponding value was 22.23MPa in the group in which silane coupling agent was used alone. When the etching agent and silane coupling agent were used together, the bond strength value was 35.16MPa. CONCLUSION: Etching is important for the bonding of composite resin to porcelain and silane coupling agent is helpful for getting higher bond strength in shorter etching time.
