摘要
牙周膜系牙体支持组织的重要组成部分,其面积大小与所提供的牙周支持力直接相关。对于牙周病人而言,剩余牙周膜面积大小对牙周炎患牙的保存和功能行使尤为关键。剩余牙周膜面积的测定对牙周炎患牙的预后、治疗及修复计划的制定有决定性意义。该文试图通过对有关牙周膜面积测量的研究进行回顾,在传统牙周膜面积测量研究的基础上,展示牙周膜面积测量方法的进展及剩余牙周膜量化评估对临床的积极意义,以期对牙周病临床治疗及后继修复效果的提高有所裨益。
Periodontal ligament, whose area has a direct relationship with the support force, is an important part of the tooth support structures. Therefore, for periodontitis patients, the root surface area is important to the reservation and function of periodontitis teeth. The prognosis of periodontitis teeth and the establishment of therapy plan are related with the root surface areas. The aim of this review is to look back on the recent studies about the root surface areas, to show some developments of the mechods for the measurtment of area, and finally to find some helps for the future clinical work.
