肝移植术的手术配合与护理

Cooperation and Care on Surgery with Liver Transplantation

目的：探讨肝移植术的配合要点、护理方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析2003年1月～2007年12月31例肝移植手术期间的护理，总结术中的护理特点、手术配合要点、注意事项等。结果：手术成功率100％。围手术期手术成活率96．7％（30／31），手术时间为5～15h，平均8h，无肝期时间平均为59min。结论：充分的术前准备，专业、规范、熟练的手术配合是提高手术效率及保证手术顺利进行的重要措施。

Objective： To study the keypoints of cooperation, perioperative nursing measures and effects in liver transplantation. Methods： To review the experience of nursing 31 patients undergoing liver transplantation from January,2003 to December,2007 and summarize the nursing characteristics, keypoints of cooperation, and a point for attention. Results：Success rate of operation was 100%, perioperative survival rate was 96.7 % （30/31）. The time of operation was 5-15h,the mean time was 8h,and that of anhepatic phase was 59 min. Conclusion：The key points of nursing patients undergoing liver transplantation include sufficient preoperative nursing preparation, professional, standard and skillful cooperation.
