摘要
目的:探讨慢性非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎(NIFS)的治疗要点。方法:分析11例NIFS患者,全部施行鼻内镜手术,术后定期随访。结果:术后随访2年,全部治愈。结论:以鼻内镜手术治疗为主的综合治疗,疗效好,复发率低。
Objective： To investigate the treatment points of noninvasive fungal rhino-sinusitis（NIFS）. Methods： 11 patients with NIFS were implementated endoscopic surgery and treated comprehensively, were regular follow-up after operation. Results：All patients were cured through 2-year follow-up. Conclusion：Comprehensive treatments have good effect and low recurrence rate.
