EFFECT OF GAS/LIQUID/SOLID THREE-PHASE BOUNDARY ZONE ON CATHODIC PROCESS OF METAL CORROSION

摘要 采用稳态极化技术研究了三相线长度、宽度及溶液浓度在金属腐蚀阴极过程中的作用.结果表明,三相线界面区长度及宽度的增加均使得阴极极限电流密度有明显增加,而溶液浓度对阴极过程的影响只在三相线界面区面积较小时才表现出来.上述结果均证实了液相分布状态在金属腐蚀阴极过程中的作用. The liquid state, depending on the properties of gas/liquid/solid three-phase boundary(TPB) zone of the dispersed liquid on a metal surface, is an important factor having influence on the corrosion behavior of metals in muhiphase corrosion systems. The effect of the TPB zone on the cathodic process of metals was studied by steady-state polarization test. The results showed that the cathodic limiting current density significantly increased with the presence of the TPB zone,indicating that the TPB zone played an important role in the cathodic process of metals. In addition, the cathodic process was independent of the concentration of electrolyte when the TPB zone was broadened.
