摘要
研究了镁合金AZ31在磷酸盐处理液中的成膜工艺.分析了前处理、工艺条件等因素对化学转化膜质量的影响.利用电化学方法研究成膜过程及膜的耐蚀性能.利用电子探针(EPMA)测定转化膜的表面形貌及化学成分.结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,所得转化膜均匀致密,对镁合金基体有较好的保护作用,提高了镁合金AZ31的耐腐蚀性能.
The surface treatment process for AZ31 magnesium alloy using phosphate is investigated. Influ- ence of factors such as pretreatment and process conditions on the quality of chemical conversion film is analyzed. The conversion process and anticorrosion behavior of the alloy are examined by electrochemical means. The surface morphology and composition of the conversion film are observed and analyzed respectively by EPMA. Results show that the chemical conversion film obtained by optimum process is uniform and comoact with good orotectiveness to the substrate of the magnesium alloy.
