摘要
银屑病治疗的目的是早期、快速控制病情的发展,减小受累面积,达到长时间缓解,尽量减少副作用,从而改善患者的生活质量。轻度银屑病的局部治疗药物有糖皮质激素、卡泊三醇、他扎罗汀、焦油、蒽林和角质剥脱剂。中、重度银屑病的系统性治疗药物有甲氨蝶呤、依曲替酸、环孢素和生物制剂。使用联合。
