All-digital Power Metering System for the High Voltage Power System

摘要 为了解决现有高压电能计量系统中综合误差过大的问题,采用具有数字量输出的高压电子式电压、电流互感器采集高压信号,以光纤作为二次信号传输回路,并采用一种具有数字输入接口的电能计量装置,实现了一种全数字化的高压电能计量系统。通过与现有电能计量系统的对比分析,阐述了其优越性。介绍了其在35kV电压等级下的一种具体实现。 To improve the integrated accuracy of high-voltage power metering system, a type of all-digital power metering system is developed based on the high-voltage electronic instrument transformers. Compared with the conventional approach, the signal transmission media of this new type of power metering system is changed from copper cable to fiber, and the metering instrument from the 5 A/110 V analogue input device to a device with a digital input interface. A performance analysis is made of the comparison between the proposed system and the conventional one, and the benefits of the new approach are described. The realization of the proposed power metering system on a 35 kV voltage grade power system is described.
