摘要
文章对集成电路(IC)卡公用付费电话网集中管理系统的网络结构、业务管理结构作了全面探讨和研究,并在分析集中管理系统10省联通试运行情况的基础上,给出了集中管理系统在三级网络组网和业务管理结构方面的优化方案.
The network architecture and service management architecture of IC card pay phone network management system are presented. The optimizing solutions of the management system for three - level networking and service management architecture are proposed based on the analysis of the ten - province interconnecting trial operation of the management system.
