摘要
介绍精密制造技术在以SMT为代表的当代先进电子电路组装生产中的应用状况，并对其在电子电路组装领域中的作用和重要性作了分析探讨。
In this paper, the applied condition of the precision manufacturing technology inthe modern advanced circuit packaging headed by SMT is introduced. Moreover,an approach ismade to the effect and importance in electronic packaging.
