In this paper,the fundamental caculation method of the tool rail with which thecomplete outline can be cut and the assurement measure of the liner outline degree are introduced.The method and measure make the reference for the precessing design and manufacture of the kindof parts. This kind of cuting can solve the problem which the liner cutting can't.
