摘要
本项调研通过对北京地区政府、企事业机构员工(以下简称员工)进行问卷调查和个别访谈,描述性地讨论了其过度劳动的现状,并在此基础上初步分析了过度劳动的成因,提出了加强劳动保障立法与执法,建立职业化的社会援助机构,倡导科学合理的工作价值观念等对策。
The paper describes and discusses overwork·tatus of employees based on questionnaire survey and specific interview of employees of enterprises and institutional organizations in Beijing （hereafter referred to as employees）. Causes of overwork are analyzed and to this problem are put forward, including strengthening making and execution of laws protecting labors, funding professional social aid agency and advocating scientific and rational value of work.
