摘要 福建省人才存量相对不足与人才的吸纳力水平低下有关,对福建省人才吸纳力影响因子的分析结果显示,地理位置与自然环境对增强人才吸纳力的正效应不大。海峡西岸经济区为提升福建省人才区域竞争力提供良好的区域品牌效应,突破人才瓶颈还需要大力发展为人才成长与科技发展服务的相关产业,通过加快城市化进程,提升人才的收入预期,增加区域研发和教育投入,改变人才管理方式以增强区域的人才吸纳水平。 Study on influencing factors of Fujian's ability to attract qualified personnel shows that geographic position and environment have very limited positive effect on the strengthening of the ability. Though the Strait West Bank Economic Region has brought about favorable regional brand effect for promotion of regional talent competitiveness to Fujian Province, to break the bottleneck in ushering in qualified personnel, we still need to vigorously develop industries supporting the advance of qualified personnel and science and technology. In order to increase the ability of attracting qualified personnel of the region, we must expedite the progress of urbanization, promote income anticipation of these people, increase investment for R&D and education and reform human resource management methods.
