摘要
俄罗斯原木出口关税的不断上调，使得芬兰的利益受损，并由此引发了贸易摩擦与利益冲突。通过博弈论分析方法，从定性、定量的角度认识俄芬间冲突的实质和未来的政策走向．以此作为中国处理此类问题的参照经验。
Russia continuously raised log export tariff, result in decreasing the benefit of Finland. So it led to trade friction and benefit conflict between two countries. This paper built up a game model, which is from qualitative and quantitative aspects to see the conflict and developing policy in future between Russia and Finland. Therefore it is a good reference to China to deal with the similar problems.
