摘要
关节联轴器主要由螺栓、关节、膜片3种主要结构装配而成,在进行动力学分析时,为了控制有限元模型规模,必须缩减其自由度数。利用自由界面模态综合法来研究关节联轴器的固有频率和振型,并通过模态叠加方式分析了结构的谐响应,利用ANSYS得到了结构振动的基频和振型以及联轴器轴向位移量的时间历程,为关节联轴器结构的动力学优化和动力修改提供了依据。
The joint bearing-type laminated coupler is mainly composed of bolts, the joint and the membrane. We must decrease the free numbers to control the scale of finite element model when making dynamic analysis. The free boundary modal synthetic method is used in this paper to study the natural frequency and mode of joint bearing-type laminated coupler, and its harmonic response is analyzed by modal superimposition. Besides, the software ANSYS is adopted to obtain the basic frequency, the structure's vibration mode and the time history of axial displacement. Such a study can provide references for the dynamic optimization and modification of joint bearing-type laminated coupler
