一株低温碱性脂肪酶产生菌TS182的分离与鉴定研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过Tween-80平板初筛和摇瓶发酵复筛,从连云港海域海水及海泥样品中分离的菌株中筛选获得一株低温碱性脂肪酶高产菌株TS182。通过形态学、生理生化以及分子生物学鉴定菌株TS182为荧光假单孢菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。菌株TS182所产脂肪酶最适温度和最适pH分别为15℃和9.0。 Strain TS182, which produces alkaline lipase, was isolated from strains in the marine water and marine mud collected from Lianyungang. It was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens by morphological, physiological, biochemical tests and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis. The optimal temperature and pH of the lipase of strain TS182 were 25 ℃ and 9.0 respectively.
