利用煤矸石制备4A沸石的动力学模型

摘要 为研究煤矸石合成4A沸石的制备理论,以依兰矿区煤矸石为原料,在最佳反应条件下,对不同反应时间内产品的结晶度进行了实验分析,依据待定系数法,整合动力学方程,最终得到利用煤矸石制备4A沸石的动力学模型,并将模型方程与实验晶化曲线拟合。结果表明:4A沸石结晶反应发生在凝胶后期;在晶化后期,凝胶溶解速率决定了晶体生长速率和有限晶化时间内产品结晶度的大小;动力学实验数据与模型曲线有较好的吻合。 In order to study a theory of synthesis method of 4A zeolite synthesized by gangue, experimental analysis of crystallization degree of the products at the most suitable conditions was accquired by using gangue in Yilan as raw materials, and the products were made in different experimental time. By means of undetermined coefficient method, the dynamic equations were merged and the dynamic model of synthesizing 4A zeolite by gangue were acquired. The model of equations and the crystallization curve of experiment were fitted. The results show that the crystallization formation of 4A zeolite occurs in the anaphase of gel. The dissolving rate of gel determines the growing rate of crystal and the level of crystallization degree during a limit period in the anaphase of crystallization. The results of dynamic experiment are almost equal to the curve of modle.
