摘要
西露天煤矿非工作帮488站是采矿排土和运煤的铁路枢纽站场,边坡存在大规模滑坡使矿山停产的安全隐患。由于地质条件复杂,边坡稳定性影响因素较多,加固设计稳定安全系数难以准确确定。边坡稳态远程实时监控技术实现了边坡滑动力和抗滑力变化的动态监测。应用该技术对边坡的稳定性进行远程实时监控,并依据监控成果及其分析,对加固设计和施工量可进行动态调整。现场工程实践表明,该监控技术及工程对策不仅很好地解决了工程难题,保障了运输枢纽站场安全使用,而且节约了大量的加固资金。
The station 488, the non-working area of west open-pit mine, used for the railway terminal station for mining, dumping and coal transportation, suffers from the slope with a hidden danger of large-scale landslide adversely affecting the mining operation. The complicated geological conditions and more resultant factors governing slope stability render difficult the exact determination of the stability safety coefficient for reinforcement design. The remote real-time monitoring technology and engineering countermeasures for slope stability is capable of the dynamical monitor of sliding and anti-sliding force of unstable slope. The method gives dynamic adjustment of reinforcement design and construction quantity according to the monitoring results and their analysis. The results of engineering practice show that the remote real-time monitoring technology and engineering countermeasures not only facilitate overcoming the engineering roadblock and ensuring the safe application of transport terminal station, but also results in considerable economy for reinforcement.
