This paper introduces the dynamic bandwidth management strategies for the twostep VP which are applicable to hybrid and uneven services,analyzes the rate of bandwidth utilization and the probability of link congestion,and makes a contrastion analysis of the dynamic bandwidth management strategies for fixed step lengths after computer analog emulation.
