摘要
针对当前工程机械在高原作业过程中发动机、变矩器及液压装置等普遍存在的过热现象,研制了一种电控液压驱动风扇冷却系统,应用于某型轮式装载机上,并在高原进行了一系列测试和试验。试验数据显示:电控液压驱动风扇冷却系统能有效解决过热问题,其冷却能力可随着车辆的散热需要而改变,使车辆中的各种冷却介质保持在最佳温度范围内。试验数据对在高原作业的工程机械及各种车辆冷却系统设计都具有参考意义。
To solve the problem of high temperature of coolants in the construction vehicles worked at high altitudes, a hydraulic driving fan coohng system has been developed for a plateau wheel loader. The experiments were carried out in plain and high altitude regions. The experiment shows the problem has been solved and coolants temperature has been kept within the best range. The experiments' result and data are useful for cooling system design in plateau vehicles.
