在介绍项目进度延误预警相关概念的基础上,阐述了项目进度预警系统的结构,分析了项目进度延误预警指标,建立了项目进度控制预警模型,并进行了实例论证。

Whether a project can be carried on to its schedule is the key to its success, so it is crucial to keep a track of uncertain factors in a project and make a forecast of its impact on project schedule. On the basic of conceptions of Project Schedule Delay Foreeast （PSDF）, this paper first sets forth the structure of system for PSDF, then analyzes the standards for its impact, and finally constructs a model for PSDF and demenstrated its validity in a case.
