The importance of technological management in reducing cost was summarized in this paper. The examples in production were enumerated with respect to technological project, material ration, auxiliary material ration, man-hour ration and technological standard. Combining with data and picture, the feasibility and advantages of practicing in reducing cost of technological management were discussed.
