摘要
过定位是六点定位原理应用之一,一般情况下尽量少用或不用,否则就要提高零件和定位元件的加工精度,增加加工难度,提高成本,甚至导致工件和定位元件变形,影响零件加工精度。
Over-positioning is one of applieadon of six-point positioning principle. Generally it is not applied or seldom applied, otherwise machining accuracy of parts or setting elements have to be higher, machining is more difficult and cost is higher, even more deformation of work piece and setting element will happen which affects machining accuracy.
