生物滴滤法脱除SO2气体的实验

摘要 生物滴滤工艺常被用来净化可被生物降解的污染气体.分别在两个生物滴滤塔内进行硫酸盐还原菌(sulfate-reducing bacteria,SRB)和脱氮硫杆菌(Thiobacillus denitrificans,TD)的挂膜及驯化,并在厌氧条件下进行SO2气体的脱除实验.实验结果表明,操作平稳后,当停留时间为30 s、喷淋密度为26 m3/(m2.h)、SO2进气浓度为500~1 500 mg/m3时,SO2气体去除率可达99%以上,生成的H2S气体平均去除率达到90.5%. Bio-trickling technique is usually carried out to purify biodegradable waste gases. In the experiment,sulfatereducing bacteria (SRB)and Thiobacillus denitrificans (TD)were cultured for carrying on the packing materials in the two bio-trickling towers respectively to treat the waste gases of sulfur dioxide and nitric oxide under anaerobic conditions. Experimental results demonstrated that the removal efficiency of sulfur dioxide can reach over 99% ,with empty-bed residence time (EBRT) 30 s ,inlet concentration 500-1 500 mg/m^3 and circulating liquid spray density 26 m^3/(m^2.h). And the average removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide produced by SRB is 90.5%.
