摘要
停车换乘(P&R)作为减少小汽车使用、缓解城市交通拥挤的重要方式之一,被一些发达国家城市所采用并取得了一定效果。上海由于缺乏相关实践经验,对P&R可能的实施效果目前还难以明晰和较好地预见。本文从交通特征、土地利用、环境、商业开发以及社会问题等角度客观分析总结P&R实施的可能效果,并对上海开展P&R进行了对策探讨。
As an effective tool to reducing the use of private car and traffic congestion, Park and Ride (P&R) is employed by many western countries, such as the United Kingdom. For lacking experiences, it will be hard for Shanghai to clearly predict the possible effects of P&R. In the paper, through the analysis of the 40 years' evolution of P&R in the United Kingdom, the possible effects of P&R are analyzed in terms of traffic, land use, environment, business and society. And conclude that the experiences of developing P&R in the United Kingdom can be learned by Shanghai when considering the important trends in Shanghai.
