摘要
停车换乘(P&R)作为减少小汽车使用、缓解城市交通拥挤的重要方式之一,被一些发达国家城市所采用并取得了一定效果。上海由于缺乏相关实践经验,对P&R可能的实施效果目前还难以明晰和较好地预见。本文从交通特征、土地利用、环境、商业开发以及社会问题等角度客观分析总结P&R实施的可能效果,并对上海开展P&R进行了对策探讨。
As an effective tool to reducing the use of private car and traffic congestion, Park and Ride （P＆R） is employed by many western countries, such as the United Kingdom. For lacking experiences, it will be hard for Shanghai to clearly predict the possible effects of P＆R. In the paper, through the analysis of the 40 years＇ evolution of P＆R in the United Kingdom, the possible effects of P＆R are analyzed in terms of traffic, land use, environment, business and society. And conclude that the experiences of developing P＆R in the United Kingdom can be learned by Shanghai when considering the important trends in Shanghai.
