摘要
目的建立男宝胶囊阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱，以甲醇：1％冰醋酸（30：70）为流动相，柱温为室温，流速为1．0ml·min-1，检测波长：320nm。结果阿魏酸在0．400～2．010μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率（n=5）为99．5％（RSD=1．2％）。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强，结果较为满意。
Objective： A method was established for the determination of ferulic acid in Hong Yao Tablets by HPLC.The separation was performed on Phenomenex C 18column, using methanol-1% glacial acetic acid （30 ： 70） as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 320nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1. Results： The linear range of ferulic acid was from 0.400μg to 2.010μg （r=0.9999） .The average recoverery was 99.13%, and RSD was 1.11% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Hong Yao Tablets.
