稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性期前收缩临床观察

Clinical Observation of Patients with Ventricular PrematureBeat Caused by Coronary Heart Disease Using Wenxinkeli

目的观察稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性期前收缩临床疗效。方法选择冠心病室性期前收缩81例，随机分成2组，稳心颗粒治疗组54例，西医对照组27例，治疗28d为1个疗程，观察室性期前收缩，中医证候及心电图改善情况。结果治疗组室性期前收缩有效率81．48％，中医证候有效率85．1％，心电图有效率72．97％，治疗组优于对照组，2组差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性期前收缩临床疗效和安全良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of patients with ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease by using Wenxinkeli. Methods 81 patients with ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Wenxinkeli therapeutic group （n=54） and routine Western medicine control group （n=27） . Observing ventricular premature beat, TCM syndromes and ECG was improved after 28d treatment for one course of treatmem. Results In therapeutic group ventricular premature beat the total effective rate was 81.48%, TCM syndromes the total effective rate was 85.1% and ECG the total effective rate was 72.97%. Which was superior to that in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05 or 0.01 ） . Conclusion Wenxinkeli is an effective and safe on patients with ventricular premature beat caused by coronary heart disease.
