摘要
目的观察比较高频电波（Leep）刀与传统造口术治疗前庭大腺囊肿与脓肿的方法及疗效。方法采用高频电波（Leep）刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿53例，传统造口手术方法50例，回顾分析两种手术方式的治疗效果。结果Leep刀手术组53例与传统手术组50例相比较，平均手术时间、手术出血量及愈合时间均有有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论Leep治疗前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿操作方便、简单、有效、无疼痛，患者易接受，值得在临床中推广。
Objective： To study the method and effect of Leep knife for greater vestibular gland cyst and abscess. Methods： 103 patients with greater vestibular gland cyst and abscess were analysed retrospectively, and divided into two groups for comparative treatment.The observation group （ n=53 ） was treated with Leep knife, While the control group （n=50） with traditional method only. Results： There was significant difference in mean operative time , blood and cure time between two groups （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Leep knife is a good way for treating greater vestibular gland cyst and abscess.
