联用泮托拉唑和洁维乐治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of Pantoprazole United Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel in treating peptic ulcer

目的探讨泮托拉唑联合洁维乐治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法运用随机配对方法将291例消化性溃疡患者分成试验组和对照组2组，分别为A组（试验组）155例，口服泮托拉唑40mg，每日1次，洁维乐20g，每日3次；B组（对照组）136例，口服泮托拉唑40mg，每日1次，复方维U颠茄铋铝片2片，每日3次。上述患者同时接受抗HP治疗。胃镜观察溃疡愈合情况。结果6周后，A组患者总有效率为94．2％，B组总有效率为69．9％。两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论针对消化性溃疡愈合及HP根除而言，泮托拉唑联合洁维乐疗效优于泮托拉唑联合复方维u颠茄铋铝片，且不良反应少。

Aims： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pantoprazole United Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel in treating adults with peptic ulcer.Methods： 291 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly assigned to test team and control group.A group, 155 patients to receive Pantoprazole 40mg qd, Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel 20g tid; B group, 136 patients to receive Pantoprazole 40mg qd, Compound Vitamin U and Bismuth Subcarborate Tablets 2 Tablets tid.All the patients accept anti-hp therapy at the same time.Endoscopies were performed before and after the treatment.Results： After 6 weeks, A group of patients with total effective rate was 94.2%, B group, the total efficiency of 69.9% .The significant differences were observed between two ground （P〈0.05） .Conclusions： On peptic ulcer healing and eradication of Helicobacter pylori, Combined with Pantoprazole and Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel was more effective than Combined with Pantoprazole and Compound Vitamin U and Bismuth Subcarborate Tablets, and less adverse reactions.
