微波能在制备超细TiO_2中的应用

Microwave hydrothermal synthesis of ultra fine titania powder

利用微波水热法合成了超细ＴｉＯ２粒子。结果表明，微波水热法能克服传统反应方法中因温度梯度和搅拌剪切力导致粒子尺寸分布不均匀和团聚严重的现象，是一种制备超细、均匀、单分散ＴｉＯ２粒子的较理想的方法。

Ultra fine titania powder is synthesized by means of microwave heating. The results show that it is far superior to the powder prepared with the traditional method in particle shape, size distribution and particle dispersity.(14 refs )
