做大做强互助五大灌区的设想

Assumption of Making Bigger and Stronger Five Big Irrigate Area in Huzhu

针对互助县灌区现状,提出了利用大通河及结合湟水北干渠建设,做大做强互助县南门峡及沙塘川灌区、哈拉直沟灌区、红崖子沟灌区、高寨和平渠灌区、北山灌区五大灌区建设目标,为互助县农业生产发展增强后劲。

According to the irrigate area status of Huzhu,the construction aim were put forward , using Datong river and combining with Huangshui north main canal construction make five big irrigate area bigger and stronger in order to improve the agricultural production development of Huzhu.
