航天诱变百子莲种子对其SP1代的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本实验研究了4个百子莲品种种子经航天诱变后其种子生命力和SP1代生长情况的变化。结果表明,航天诱变对百子莲种子的发芽率和出苗率有明显提高,除DB大花品种其发芽率与出苗率受空间条件抑制为0外;而对其SP1代生长情况的影响不很明显,其中BB的株高呈显著增高,DB早花的叶长、冠幅显著减小。 The changes of seeds vitality and growth of Agapanthus praecox SP1 generation after space inducement were studied in this paper. The resuhs showed that the germination and seeding survival rates of BB,DBH,DB早花 were increased significantly, and DB大花 may controlled by space condition and lead to decreased to zero; but the growth of the SP1 generation changed unnoticeable, there into the plant height of BB was increased distinctly, and the leaves lehgth,crown width of DB早花 were decreased distinctly.
