Research Application of UYY-1 Compression Transducer and SY-1 Digital Compression Data Log

力和压力的自动化计量与测试,是供各类工程结构(土木建筑、交通、水电、桥梁、地铁、隧道、航空、航天等工程)中力值检测的重要参数之一.本文从传感器的设计组桥、数字测试仪的线路结构、组装调试、配套标定和实际应用等各个方面作全面介绍,经过一年多的研制和样机的试用,已经取得了良好效果,可供推广应用.

Automation quantity and measurement of force and compression is one of important tools to detect physical parameters of versatile engineering structures (e.g. civil engineering structures, transportation, hydraulic electric engineering, bridge structures, sub-ground railway, tunnels, aeroplane and aircraft engineering and etc.). In the paper, the bridge design, the detailed interior structure and configuration of the transducer and the data log are fully summarized. The system calibration and the application of the measurement system are also introduced. Considerable effects have been rewarded after more than one year's sample operation, and the new system of the compression automatic measurement can be furthered in application.
