乡村旅游度假区开发的主题文化研究——以江西铅山县叫岩旅游度假区为例

Research on the Theme Culture of the Development of the Rural Tourism Resort——A Case Study of the Jiaoyan Tourism Resort

文章通过对乡村旅游度假区开发现状分析,明确了主题文化在其开发中的重要地位,并以江西铅山县叫岩旅游度假区为例,详细分析了如何选择与引进主题文化,并结合实例分析了几种切实可行的开发模式,以期对我国乡村旅游度假区开发提供借鉴。

Through the analysis toward the status quo of development of rural tourism resort, the theme culture is determined as the important part during the development. Meanwhile from the example of the Jiaoyan tourism resort （located in Jiangxi Qianshan County）, the paper analyses how to choose and introduce the theme culture in details. And also several practical development models combined with specific examples are analyzed, aiming to be available for reference in developing rural tourism resort of our country.
