PDS小血管支架在犬体内降解的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察聚对二氧环己酮(PDS)构建的小血管支架在犬体内的降解过程和组织反应情况。方法将PDS人工小血管支架植入比格犬背部脊柱两侧肌肉内,于2、4、12、24周取材,行组织学和透射电镜观察。结果所有实验动物术后活动正常,切口一期愈合。2~4周时可见植入处较多的炎细胞浸润。12周时纤维结缔组织广泛长入PDS纤维间隙内,PDS发生了部分降解,炎细胞浸润明显消退。24周时PDS小血管支架完全吸收,被新生纤维组织填充,炎细胞和巨噬细胞少见。未见PDS小血管支架周围组织变性、坏死或肉芽肿。结论PDS小血管支架降解时间快,组织反应轻,能满足体内组织再生的要求。
