用MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨用微创经皮钢板骨桥接技术(MIPPO)技术行LISS系统内固定治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的疗效。方法对49例膝关节周围复杂骨折患者用MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗。结果本组骨折愈合时间10~21周,平均13.9周;无断钉、骨延迟愈合、感染等并发症发生;HSS评分60~98分,平均84.2分。疗效优28例、良13例、可8例,优良率93.6%。结论用MIPPO技术行LISS系统内固定治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折具有创伤小、骨折愈合快、固定牢靠的特点。
