浅谈地质资料地质图件的归档和保存

GEOLOGICAL DATA IN THE ELECTRONIC MAPS AND PAPER MAPS AT ARCHIVING AND PRESERVATION DIFFERENCES

通过对纸质图件和电子图件两种资料在归档和保存上的比较,提出归档工作中应在两者之间各取所长、相互补充.为适应地质矿产行业发展需要,结合《成果地质资料电子文件汇交格式要求》及当前作图软件的应用,就如何更好地做好电子图件归档工作进行了阐述.

Through the comparison of archiving and preservation the two kinds of date ,the paper maps and electronic maps,, and analysis of their commons, their complement of each other.in order to meet the requirements of geology and mineral resources development,combine with 《 Achievements of geological electronic date hand in format requirements》 ,and the application of the current mapping software,in this paper, it described on how to do a good job to archiving electronic maps.
