摘要 为了提高钢领性能,延长使用寿命,针对纺纱钢领酸性化学镀镍磷的工艺进行了研究;着重研究了温度、pH值及络合剂对镀层沉积速率和表面形貌的影响,以及不同加热温度对钢领表面硬度的影响;以试验的方法得出最佳镀覆工艺为:化学镀温度应控制在80℃,pH控制为5.0时可获得最佳镀速和含磷量镀层;采用柠檬酸、乳酸、硼酸三种络合剂配合使用,可提高镀液的稳定性和钢领表面性能;镀镍磷合金钢钢领热处理温度最佳为350℃,不能超过400℃。 In order to upgrade the performance of rings for longer service life, research is done to the chemical plating process of nickel-phosphor on the rings. Highlight is given to temperature,pH value and complexing agent in relation to the setting speed of plating layer and surface structure as well as the impact of the temperature difference on the hardness of rings. The plating process is optimized through experiments conclusion of which shows that best plating speed and player with phosphor can be gained with temperature of chemical plating less than 80℃ and pH value 0.5. It proves that stability of plating liquid and the performance of the ring surface can be improved with joint use of citric acid, lactic acid and boric acid as complesing agent. The best temperature of heattreatment process for the rings with alnipho should be 350 ℃. It is not allowed to exceed 400℃.
